WELCOME TO CITIZENS’ AMBULANCE SERVICE


Established in 1964, Citizens’ Ambulance Service is a nonprofit corporation that provides Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and non-emergency ambulance and van service to the residents of Indiana County and portions of Armstrong, Westmoreland and Clearfield Counties. Our professional medical care staff is always on call -- just dial 911 and ask for Citizens'.

Applications for the 2025 Citizens’ Ambulance Service Tuition Only Scholarship are now open!

Application Requirements:

  • Must be an Indiana County Resident

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must have proof of an application to enroll in the SPRING 2026 IUP IRHS EMT CLASS

  • APPLICATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED BY DECEMBER 15th, 2025.
