Our Mission
To provide expeditious medical care and transport to all individuals, regardless of their ability to pay;
To care for each patient with compassion, respect and dignity. To maintain the highest standards of professionalism, efficiency and effectiveness in all that we undertake, through initial and continuing education provided either in whole or in part by our Regional Training Institute.
Who We Are
Established in 1964, Citizens’ Ambulance Service is a nonprofit corporation that provides Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and non-emergency ambulance and van service to the residents of Indiana County and portions of Armstrong, Westmoreland and Clearfield Counties. Our professional medical care staff is always on call -- just dial 911 and ask for Citizens'.
